Zusammenfassung

AEW Energie AG is seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to lead renovation and new construction projects from preliminary planning to realization for office and commercial buildings in the Canton of Aargau.

The role requires several years of building construction management experience, knowledge of Swiss building standards, and strong German language skills. You will coordinate external planners and contractors and act as a bridge between stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced vocational training in construction or equivalent required.
• Several years of building construction management experience expected.
• Experience with tenders and client representation preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss building standards and acceptance processes.
• Strong organizational and independent work style.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage renovation and new construction projects from planning to realization.
• Coordinate external partners (general planners, architects, contractors).
• Act as central interface between internal stakeholders and project participants.
• Support tenders and procurement, prepare project applications.
• Assist Head of Real Estate with budgeting, reporting, sustainability.

Your tasks

• Independent implementation of renovation and new construction projects from the preliminary project phase to realisation for operationally relevant office and commercial buildings
• The financial volume per project ranges from 0.1 MCHF to 20 MCHF
• Leadership and coordination of external partners such as general planners, specialist planners, architects and contractors
• Central interface between internal stakeholders and project participants
• Participation in tenders and procurement as well as support of submissions
• Preparation of project applications
• Deputising for the Head of Real Estate in selected topics such as budgeting, reporting, conceptual project phases or sustainability

Your profile

• Completed advanced vocational training in construction, architecture, construction management or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in building construction management, preferably in tenders and client representation
• Sound knowledge of relevant Swiss building standards and building acceptance processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational talent and a structured, independent way of working
• Assertive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Very good oral and written German skills
