4. Provide legal insight on complex cross-border deals and asset-backed financings.
5. Support the business on risk analysis, compliance, and transaction strategy.

The Successful Applicant

1. Qualified Lawyer with 5+ years of experience in a leading law firm or investment fund, with a focus on real estate finance and debt structuring.
2. Knowledge of French or civil law is a strong advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of cross-border transactions and secured lending frameworks.
4. Sharp commercial mindset, adaptable, and solution-driven, with excellent negotiation skills.
5. Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus.
