Responsibilities

  • Negotiate directly with potential clients to close deals.
  • Collaborate with dynamic internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of property values to identify profitable real estate opportunities.
  • Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure advantageous terms and agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the successful closure of deals.
  • Contribute your expertise as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to drive the growth and success of the business.
  • Utilize MLS and other market tools to gain critical insights and stay ahead of market trends, driving smarter and more strategic acquisitions.
