Harmattan AI is hiring a composite technician for the Airframe team to prototype carbon structures quickly in-house, from mould to finished parts. You will own drawings, develop tooling, and train production operators to ensure repeatable processes on short cycles.

You will read ply books, design simple fixtures, and collaborate with engineers to optimise layup and cure cycles across plastic and composite fabrication methods.

Qualifikationen

• Technical diploma or degree in composites or related hands-on field.
• Experience in rapid in-house composite prototyping (carbon/glass).
• Proven ability to deliver functional parts quickly with prudent trade-offs.
• Ability to read technical drawings and ply books; produce manufacturing drawings.
• Knowledge of design-for-manufacturing basics for plastics and composites.
