As a mentor and operator, you will train production staff, read 2D/3D drawings, manage layup orientation and cure cycles, and optimize designs for manufacturing in plastic injection and composites,

Qualifikationen

• Technical diploma or degree in composite materials, mechanical / aerospace manufacturing; hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to prototype carbon/glass fibre structures quickly.
• Ability to read technical drawings and ply books; manage layup orientation and cure cycles.
• Train production operators and write clear fabrication procedures.

Aufgaben

• Rapid in-house prototyping (carbon structures) on short cycles.
• Tooling, moulds, layup jigs, and fixtures design and build.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D drawings; produce and maintain manufacturing drawings.
• Own technical drawings and fabrication procedures; ensure repeatability.
• Train production operators and transfer knowledge to production.
