Stadler is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead ETCS onboard system integration projects in Switzerland. You will drive technical and commercial aspects, manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering, several years in railway project management, and strong skills in planning, risk management, and MS Office/Project.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably within railway/transport.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of railway standards and regulations (TSI CCS, UNISIG) is an advantage.
• ETCS onboard systems or railway signaling experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical and commercial project management of ETCS onboard system integration projects.
• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from handover by Sales through to warranty end.
• Ensure achievement of objectives related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities for timely execution.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, internal teams and partners.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, changes, and dependencies.
