The ideal candidate holds a PhD or MSc in a relevant field, has at least five years in international settings, strong leadership, and a hands-on, analytical mindset supporting cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven ability to lead highly complex multidisciplinary projects.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams including scientists, IP, product management and procurement.

Aufgaben

• Lead technology exploration and development projects with focus on innovation and improvement in Materials and Manufacturing Technologies
• Manage the Materials and Manufacturing Technologies project portfolio in collaboration with Team Leaders
• Interdisciplinary teamwork with scientists, IP, product management, external partners and procurement etc.
• Ensure development is based on future application and system functions needed
• Coordinate with account management, product management and field application engineering to understand customer needs
• Present project progress to VAT innovation boards including innovation degree, costs and timelines
• Collaborate with colleagues from particle testing, lab technicians, simulation team and engineering
• Develop internal project management processes, methodologies and systems
