Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of strategic and operational sourcing experience across global categories.
• Experience with category-specific production techniques and processes.
• Knowledge of category sourcing markets.
• Proficiency in Office software, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Eastern Europe and Asia, including Best Cost Country sourcing.
• Experience in cross-functional and category team leadership.
• Strong communication in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage own material categories (capacity, knowledge management, performance).
• Contribute to global Direct Material & Supply Base Performance (QCD).
• Represent direct material categories within the VAT organization.
• Achieve objectives related to cost optimization, supply base optimization, and geographic footprint.
• Provide guidance on trends, threats, and opportunities within categories (e.g., raw materials).
• Lead category-specific and cross-functional sourcing boards.
