• Forming and leading of cross-functional project teams

• Collaborating in global R&D Programs

• Planning and coordination of the project related tasks

• Forecasting and coordinating of project related resources

• Communication and synchronization with stakeholders

Your background

• Master’s or doctoral degree in engineering or a closely related subject from a Polytechnical/Technical University

• Solid background in leadership and/or project management

• Previous working experience in R&D environment is a plus

• High expectations on quality of work in all regards

• Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented personality

• Self-oriented, committed, willing to learn

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

• Structured way of working

• Experience or knowhow in agile project execution is a plus
