Job summary

Accelleron Industries seeks an innovative R&D Engineer in Switzerland to design compressors and turbines, balancing aerothermodynamics with mechanical integrity. You will validate products, support concept studies and contribute to the technology roadmap in a collaborative, international team.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in turbomachinery, and strong Python/MATLAB skills. Willingness to learn German and work in a hybrid environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in compressor or turbine development.
• Strong turbomachinery, aerodynamics and thermodynamics knowledge.
• Experience with 3D CFD and FEA/FEM.
• Programming in Python and MATLAB.
• Knowledge of compressor/turbine testing and validation.
• Excellent organizational and self-organization skills.
• Fluent English; willingness to learn German.
