Job summary

Energy technology seeks a highly skilled power electronics engineer to develop control solutions for AC and DC topologies in high-current industrial applications in Baden, Switzerland. You will contribute to R&D, support simulations, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Requirements include a Master’s in electrical engineering, strong topology knowledge, and proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, and Python. German is a plus; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power electronic topologies (line-commutated and voltage-source converters).
• Experience in control design for power electronics systems.
• Knowledge of model-based development of control and protection functions.
• Proficient in PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and PLECS.
