Swatch Ltd. recherche un Responsable de Projet Qualité pour assurer la qualité des catégories produits Swatch et Flik Flak. Vous dirigerez les activités qualité dePrototype au lancement, avec un focus sur les risques et les actions préventives.

Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme d'ingénieur et une expérience en qualité et gestion de projets, avec des compétences en audits et en amélioration continue. Lieu : Biel/Bienne, Suisse, cadre stimulant et international.

Qualifikationen

• Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
• Maîtrise des méthodes et outils qualité (8D, FMEA, MSA, outils qualité de base).
• Qualification d'auditeur (1st/2nd Party) serait un plus).

Aufgaben

• Diriger toutes les activités qualité du prototypage au lancement en coordination avec l'équipe Qualité et Projet.
• Réaliser des évaluations de risques et suivre les actions préventives et correctives.
• Garantir la conformité avec les normes qualité et exigences légales (REACH, ROHS, CPSC, marquage).
• Gérer les homologations chimiques et physiques pour les nouveaux produits.
• Fournir un support technique aux partenaires internes et externes sur des projets spécifiques.
• Créer l'outil de reporting qualité et le suivi KPI.
• Réaliser des audits des fournisseurs et suivre les plans d'action.
• Valider les échantillons initiaux.
• Développer et mettre à jour les processus et workflows pour l'amélioration continue.

Description du poste

In this position, you will ensure the quality of all product categories developed by both brands Swatch and Flik Flak (Watches, Packaging, Merchandising, Children products, Toys). Key responsibilities and main tasks are:

• Lead all quality activities from the prototyping phase to product release in coordination with Quality and Project team
• Conduct regular risk assessments and follow up with the development team on necessary preventive and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirement (REACH, ROHS, CPSC, Marking...)
• Manage the release of chemical and physical homologations for new product launches
• Provide technical support to internal and external partners on specific projects
• Create Quality Project Reporting Tool and KPI Follow-up
• Perform audits of internal and external suppliers and track the completion of action plans
• Validate initial samples
• Develop, review, and update processes and workflows to ensure continuous improvement

Profil

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with several years of Quality and project management experience

Compétences requises

• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality methods and Tools (8D, FMEA, MSA, Quality core tools), Measuring, Testing and manufacturing processes
• Auditor Qualification (1st & 2nd Party Auditor) would be a plus

Langues

In addition, you are bilingual French and English, every additional language such as German is a plus
