ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is seeking a capable Project Manager in Switzerland to lead new product development from concept through launch. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget and deadlines, while driving continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires 2–4 years in multidisciplinary industrial project management, strong knowledge of PM methods, WBS and risk management, and fluency in Italian with English at B2

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• 2–4 years of project management experience in a multidisciplinary industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of PM methods and tools (WBS, scheduling, risk management) and MS Project, MS Office, and SAP.

Aufgaben

• Manage new product development projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with specs, budget, and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal and external development partners, focusing on expertise, efficiency and quality.
• Lead core team meetings, reviews, and workshops; maintain full project documentation.
• Participate in requirement engineering with product management, aligned with global standards.
