Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Process & Personnel Qualification Management to drive compliance and quality excellence in the pharmaceutical space. You will lead process improvement projects and guide teams toward a data-centric qualification system.

In this role you will partner with Global Development and governance groups to ensure the GxP Quality Framework adapts to regulatory changes, while managing milestones, risks, and communications with leadership across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business is required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in a medium to large-scale matrix org with pharma/device compliance.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and pharmacovigilance basics.

Aufgaben

• Lead process development, mapping, training development/qualification and delivery.
• Partner with Global Development to align quality frameworks with regulatory changes.
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder updates for complex projects.
• Support digital transformation toward data-centric content and qualification management.
• May lead audits/inspections and cross-functional governance activities.
