The role requires at least 5 years in precision manufacturing, a technical qualification, fluent French, and English at B2 level.

• Strong practical troubleshooting and process-improvement capabilities.

The company manages highly detailed manufacturing processes where consistency, visual quality, and technical precision are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Production Unit Manager to oversee a specialized manufacturing activity, combining technical expertise, production management, process improvement, and team supervision. The role will be responsible for production performance, industrialization of new references, quality consistency, and first-level technical problem solving.

CONTRACT: Permanent

LOCATIONS: On-site, Neuchâtel canton, Switzerland

NOTES: Fluent French and English B2 is required.
