For our location in Zurich/Geneva, we are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FURTHER ROLE:

• Healthcare GDP maintenance and risk assessment.
• Collaborate closely with the central QHSE team, which defines the structure of the integrated management system.
• Maintain the management system, including quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy management.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on internal and external area and process audits.
• Analyze and optimize processes and risk analyses related to products.
• Handle non-conformities and drive continuous improvement using the PDCA cycle.
• Enhance process quality.
• Serve as a contact point for quality management, environmental protection, health and safety, and energy (EN ISO 9001 GDP).
• Create statistics to measure key figures and support their implementation.
• Conduct supplier evaluations related to QHSE service providers.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct training measures.
• Support occupational safety meetings, workplace inspections, and risk assessments. Track and address work and commuting accidents.

WHAT WE SEEK:

• QM qualification or professional experience in a similar role.
• Audit experience.
• Experience in quality management and process understanding.
• Knowledge of EN ISO 9001, GDP, and TAPA is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• A structured, strategic, goal- and solution-oriented approach.
• High customer and service awareness.
• Independent thinking, decision-making skills.
• Background in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
• Training as an auditor is preferred.
• Experience in air and sea freight.
• Professional experience as a quality officer or auditor is advantageous.
