Job summary

Try&Hire seeks a Quality Orchestrator to lead Built-in Quality across the product life cycle of an automation portfolio. In this role you will drive quality methods, risk management and process maturity in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and change management.
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure, evaluate and monitor Built-in Quality across processes and products.
• Apply quality methods such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Gates and FMEA.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned across the portfolio.
• Coach and train project teams in process application and quality topics.
• Act as Process Ambassador, driving process maturity and harmonized ways of working.
• Analyze customer quality requirements, feedback and satisfaction for continuous improvement.
• Execute internal assessments and audits to enhance transparency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the quality network and business units such as Product Management, R&D, Procurement and Manufacturing.

• Apply quality methods such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Gates and FMEA
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best-practice sharing across the portfolio
• Coach and train project team members in process application and quality topics
• Act as Process Ambassador, driving process maturity and harmonized ways of working
• Analyze customer quality requirements, feedback and satisfaction for continuous improvement
• Execute internal assessments and audits to enhance transparency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the quality network and business units such as Product Management, R&D, Procurement and Manufacturing

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Extended knowledge of quality management and prevention-oriented quality methods
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and change management
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe development frameworks
• Analytical thinking, well organized with good communication and intercultural skills
• Fluent in English; a good level of German is desired

Conditions

• Workload: 80–100 %

• Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
