Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for an aerospace production environment. The role covers QA across manufacturing, assembly, integration and test processes, with emphasis on non-conformance investigations and process qualification.

The ideal candidate will have engineering training, knowledge of EN9100/ECSS/NASA/MIL standards, and fluency in English and German. You will lead root cause analyses, develop QA programs, and support audits and process documentation while working

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in quality and continuous improvement.
• Engineering or similar discipline degree preferred.
• Knowledge of EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL standards.
• Ability to analyse technical products and systems and their function.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• MS Office experience required.
• Fluent in German.
• Experience with preventive quality methodologies like 5 Why and Ishikawa.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis for deviations.

• Establish CTQ features with process engineering and operations.

• Oversee quality aspects of manufacturing, assembly, integration and test processes
• Implement and develop quality assurance programs aligned with project milestones
• Establish critical-to-quality features with process engineering and operations
• Moderate process FMEA and execute quality inspections
• Establish process quality documentation and support process qualification
• Contribute to customer and internal audits as quality assurance representative

Profile

• Relevant experience in quality and continuous improvement
• Degree in engineering or a similar relevant discipline preferred
• Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL
• Ability to analyse technical products and systems and their function
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• MS Office experience required
• Fluent in German
• Experience in quality preventive methodology such as 5Why and Ishikawa Fishbone
