Job summary

SCHOTT Pharma is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive equipment qualification, process validation, and to develop the Validation Master Plan. You will collaborate with project managers to shape qualification strategies and support audits with ISO and GMP standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in engineering sciences, has at least two years in a similar role, and shows self-organisation, initiative, and strong communication. German and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering sciences or equivalent with quality management training.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience in medical technology or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment qualification and process validation meet quality requirements.
• Create the Validation Master Plan and keep it up to date.
• Develop qualification and validation strategy with project managers.
• Represent QA in internal and external audits (ISO, GMP).
• Support QA and development in supplier qualification.
