The role focuses on GMP-compliant receipt, qualification, release and supplier management of raw materials to support manufacturing operations. You will verify incoming materials, manage supplier quality, deviations, CAPAs and change controls, and monitor KPIs, collaborating with Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming raw material verification per GMP procedures and quality standards.
• Manage qualification and release of raw materials in manufacturing, including LIMS activities.
• Establish and monitor approved raw material suppliers, SOPs, and quality systems.
• Review supplier change notifications and quality alerts.
• Investigate deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Monitor KPIs for raw material qualification and release.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data management.
• Escalate critical quality issues and compliance risks promptly.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain and external suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement of raw material management and supplier quality.
