Job summary

CTC is supporting a global leader in pharmaceuticals in their search for a QA Specialist in the Valais region, Switzerland. This 7-month contract focuses on material receipt services, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining accurate raw material data within the LIMS system.

You will collect KPIs, manage deviations and changes, and escalate quality issues promptly to safeguard product quality and regulatory alignment across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Residency permit or Swiss/EU citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality management systems.
• Familiarity with SAP and LIMS.
• Experience with deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming material verification according to applicable procedures.
• Establish and maintain raw material suppliers, SOPs, and systems.
• Manage the qualification of materials used in the manufacturing process, including physical verification of incoming raw materials and subsequent release in our LIMS.
• Manage deviations and changes associated with materials.
• Collect KPIs linked to services related to material qualification and release.
• Ensure the timely escalation of critical quality issues tied to materials while maintaining compliance with GMP.
