The successful candidate will manage supplier qualifications, SOPs, and material release in LIMS, while handling deviations, CAPA, and change controls in a high‑pressure GMP environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• Proficient in English; German is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality management systems.
• Knowledge of quality systems, SAP and LIMS.
• Experience with deviations, CAPA and change controls.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Performs incoming material verification according to applicable procedures.
• Establishes and maintains raw material suppliers, SOPs, and systems.
• Manages qualification of materials used during manufacturing, including physical verification and release in LIMS.
• Manages change notifications and quality alerts and raw material suppliers.
• Manages deviations and changes associated with material.
• Collect KPI linked to material qualification and release services.
• Escalates critical quality issues related to material while ensuring GMP compliance.
