Nexans is seeking a QHSE & Industrial Director BU Power Grid Central Europe to drive the Industrial, QHSE and Digital Roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites in France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the UK and Greece. You will lead transformations, promote safety culture and standardize processes for sustainable performance improvements.

Reporting to the BU Managing Director, you will be a key member of the BU Leadership Team, shaping the business unit's strategy and deploying Lean and Next

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial and operations leadership.
• Strong track record in Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience leading international teams in a matrix environment.
• Proven success delivering industrial transformation and CAPEX projects.
• Hands-on manufacturing and engineering experience.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy the BU Industrial, Technical, QHSE and Digital Roadmap in line with Nexans strategy.
• Drive operational excellence across manufacturing sites focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
• Lead strategic CAPEX programs and footprint optimization projects to enable growth.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Accelerate continuous improvement through Lean, digitalization, automation and best-practice sharing.
• Coordinate with BG Engineering, Marketing and Group Innovation for product and process development.
• Develop organizational capabilities and performance management routines across sites.
