Job summary

ten23 health is seeking two QA Product Leads to join the Quality Leadership Team in Visp, Switzerland, for 2027. The role demands strong GMP expertise, leadership in QA for drug product manufacturing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical QA role.
• Experience in Drug Product manufacturing, aseptic operations is ideal.
• Strong GMP understanding with sterile pharmaceutical production experience is a plus.
• Excellent technical teamwork and communication skills; proactive about shaping QA future.
• Fluency in German and English for technical communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical QA representative and point of contact in customer projects.
• Provide QA oversight across all project phases ensuring GMP compliance.
• Review and assess product-related quality records for accuracy and compliance.
• Execute Quality Agreement activities with customers.
• Provide technical input for method transfer, qualification, verification, and validation.
• Review batch records and support batch release activities.
• Serve as technical SME during customer audits and inspections.
• Support regulatory submissions with Regulatory Experts.
