Bavarian Nordic, a global vaccine company, is seeking an experienced Head of QA Operations in Bern, Switzerland. You will lead a team of eight QA Specialists and drive Product & Batch Flow, ensuring compliant, inspection-ready batch execution across the Bern site.

You will partner with Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Quality to prioritise quality risks, maintain GMP compliance, and continuously improve QA operations. Fluent English required; knowledge of German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven QA leadership in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong GMP, batch disposition, deviation management, change control, CAPA experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and risk-based quality decisions.
• English fluency; German knowledge is a plus.
