CTC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a QA Documentation Specialist (German-speaking) for a contract role in Valais, Switzerland. The position is on-site and aims to review batch records and monitor critical metrics to ensure timely batch release. Fluency in German is mandatory, English preferred, with GMP experience and a scientific degree as prerequisites.

The contract runs until end-2026 with an option for extension. Suitable candidates will hold a valid Swiss/EU residency or permit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (Pharma/Chemistry/Biotech) or equivalent experience.
• GMP experience in a production environment (min. 2 years).
• Batch record review experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work in GMP environment and execute SOPs.

Aufgaben

• Review paper-based executed batch records within specified timeframe.
• Track, report and monitor batch record review and related metrics for on-time batch release.
• Raise meetings with Ops observers and escalate issues promptly.
