Qualifikationen

• GMP production environment experience and SOP execution.

• Preferred fields: Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy.
• Experience in batch record review highly preferred.
• GMP experience (min. 2 years).
• Business fluent German is a MUST; English is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review paper-based batch records within the specified timeframe.
• Track, report and monitor batch record review metrics to ensure on-time batch release.
• Raise meetings with Ops related observations in a timely manner.

QA Documentation Specialist / Batch Record Reviewer (German-speaking)

Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a QA Documentation Specialist / Batch Record Reviewer for a contract position till end of 2026 (with option for extension) in Valais area, Switzerland.

This is an on-site position.

Making sure the batch was made properly, according to procedure and regulatory requirements. Reviewers should have great attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have a thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process they are reviewing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review paperbased executed batch records within the specified timeframe.
• Track, report and monitor batch record review and other relevant critical metrics to ensure on-time batch release.
• Raise meetings with Ops related observations in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• Professional experience in GMP production environment, quality procedures and SOP execution
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred area of study: Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree.
• Experience in batch record review is highly preferred.
