Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a QA Engineer for eBanking across private banking and wealth management. You will design and execute test strategies, oversee manual and automated testing, and ensure alignment with regulatory and data privacy requirements.

You will lead risk-based testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support UAT with business stakeholders in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in banking IT, with QA/testing experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test plans, and regression testing.
• Experience with regulatory and data privacy requirements.
• Fluent French and English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design risk-based test strategies aligned to project timelines and regulatory constraints.
• Define and maintain test plans for functional, integration, system, performance, and regression testing.
• Execute manual and automated tests across web and mobile e-banking journeys.
• Operate existing automation packs and contribute to CI pipelines.
• Validate back-end behavior via SQL, API tests, and log analysis.
• Provide QA dashboards and KPIs to QA Lead, Release Management, and Project Management.
• Support UAT and collaborate with business teams.
