Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a QA Test Manager to define risk-based testing strategies and oversee end-to-end test activities in a private banking context. You will manage test plans, execute both manual and automated tests, and drive quality governance across the SDLC.

The role requires strong SQL data validation, experience with Selenium and test tooling, and collaboration with business stakeholders for UAT and go/no-go decisions. Fluency in French/English is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of banking QA experience with risk-based testing and regulatory constraints.
• Proficient in SQL validation, test design, and test data management.
• Experience with manual and automated testing in financial services.

• Define and implement risk-based test strategies aligned with scope and timelines.
• Maintain test plans for functional, integration, non-functional and regression tests.
• Execute tests (manual and automated) across banking processes and pipelines.
• Govern QA standards, traceability, and reporting using JIRA/Xray.
• Lead or participate in defect triage and ensure clear status updates.
