UiPath seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for US Public Sector to own compliance initiatives, drive strategy, and coordinate across engineering, compliance, and external partners. This senior IC role focuses on turning high-stakes requirements into actionable plans and fast audit cycles.

You will manage the public sector roadmap and partner with GRC engineering to automate processes, while aligning with FedRAMP, CMMC, and other government programs. Strong cross-team leadership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizenship required for this role.
• 6–8 years owning technical requirements, continuous monitoring, and external audits within U.S. public sector frameworks.
• Proven track record driving Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) programs for large, complex environments.
• Experience leading FedRAMP significant change requests from initiation through closure.
• Ability to lead with distributed teams across time zones and align stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical roadmap for UiPath's Public Sector product footprint.
• Coordinate engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders to reduce overhead.
• Lead key workstreams supporting audits, assessments, and regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate with GRC engineering to automate POAM and enable continuous monitoring.
• Support other international compliance obligations such as ISMAP and IRAP.
