IMTF Group is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the AFCS projects, delivering software solutions for the Anti-Financial Crime Suite. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product development, engineering, data science, and consulting to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires a track record of managing complex software projects in financial services, deep AML/AFC regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex software projects in financial services.
• Strong AML and AFC knowledge/regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end management of AFCS projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, data science, and consulting teams.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop project plans with resources, timelines, milestones; monitor progress.
• Manage risks, issues, changes; implement mitigation strategies.
