Jobtailor is seeking a highly analytical early-career professional to join our team in Geneva. You will build data-driven workflows, map data flows between systems, and translate ambiguous client needs into clear problems and robust solutions.

You will work hands-on with APIs, data transformation, and workflow assembly, communicating effectively with clients and technical teams. Fluency in French and English is required, German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Early career with 2–6 years of experience.
• Engineering/quantitative degree from top programs.
• Fluent in French and English; German a strong advantage.
• Hands-on ability: calling an API, transforming data, assembling a workflow.

• Observe clients during operations and validate your diagnosis.
• Translate client ambiguity into clear problems and simple solutions.
• Design data flows between systems and explain the rationale.
