CSL Behring in Switzerland seeks a senior leader to guide Corporate & External Affairs, partnering with site leadership in Bern to shape government relations, policy, and advocacy, ensuring alignment with global strategy and patient access.

You will engage with government officials, industry groups, and patient advocates; lead external engagement plans, and collaborate with Communications, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access to deliver integrated strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of healthcare policy/public affairs experience in Switzerland.
• Experience engaging with government authorities and industry associations.
• Experience coordinating with matrix organizations across functions.
• Experience with patient groups and media relations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead execution of strategic plan for public affairs and site leadership engagement.
• Lead engagement with government officials and stakeholders in Switzerland.
• Represent CSL in key industry associations and committees.
• Collaborate with Communications, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory to align external engagement priorities.
• Serve on Switzerland Commercial Leadership Team and Bern Site Leadership Team, driving cross-functional strategies.
