CSL Vifor is seeking a Senior Trade and Public Affairs leader to liaison with government bodies and site leadership in Switzerland. You will steer policy advocacy, identify risks, and guide external engagement plans to support operations and patient access.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate/professional degree required; experience in healthcare policy or public affairs preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in healthcare policy/public affairs with national/local stakeholder engagement.
• Strong network with government officials, industry bodies and patient groups.
• Ability to work across a matrix organization and align with multiple functions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead strategic plan for public affairs and stakeholder engagement in Switzerland.
• Lead engagement with government officials, industry associations, patient groups and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Communications to advance external engagement and media relations.
• Provide policy updates to senior leaders and align with affiliate functions.
• Serve on Switzerland Commercial Leadership Team and Bern Site Leadership Team.
• Drive strategic site engagement at political level in partnership with manufacturing and comms.
