Job summary

W Talent is seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of CAPEX and maintenance projects. The role covers venues across a multi-site environment, delivering refurbishments, extensions, and new-build schemes with safety, quality and cost in mind.

You will partner with operational and senior stakeholders to shape delivery, manage budgets and contractor performance, and drive value across the estate in a growing leisure business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering property, construction, or refurbishment projects.
• Experience managing CAPEX programmes across multiple sites.
• Ability to work with operational and senior stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CAPEX and maintenance projects across multiple sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise return on investment.
