Zusammenfassung

PureGym AG is seeking a Property Development Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in the Switzerland region. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver gym development projects from acquisition through to opening, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires an accomplished project manager with experience in multisite developments, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate third-party contractors and authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Highly capable project manager delivering multisite property developments at scale.
• Strong team leadership to motivate a multi-disciplinary team.
• Able to prioritise, hit milestones and adapt to risks and blockers.
• Experience with third-party contractors and advisers to deliver results.
• Proactive, accountable, hands-on and able to respond to a fast-moving environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver gym development projects on time and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, design managers, quantity surveyors and external specialists.
• Ensure budgets and capex investments are approved and tracked.
• Oversee delivery from acquisition to opening, ensuring quality and timely handover.
• Engage with landlords and authorities for approvals and consents.
