Zusammenfassung

Roche in Rotkreuz is seeking a Project Manager to guide the site’s CAPEX and infrastructure initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with planners and contractors, and ensure design and execution meet objectives in scope, cost, schedule, and safety.

You will apply strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to deliver complex projects, from early design through FAT/SAT and seamless handover to operations, while aligning with sustainability and quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, construction or related field.
• 5–10 years' experience leading large-scale capital investment projects.
• Hands-on experience with DIA projects is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end project delivery ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and SHE criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners, procurement and contracts.
• Maintain robust project controls and monthly forecasting; report to Steering Committee.
• Coordinate commissioning and handover to operations with FAT/SAT.
