Zusammenfassung

PureGym Switzerland is seeking a Property Development Manager for a 6‑month maternity cover to lead end‑to‑end gym development projects across the country. You will coordinate architects, engineers and contractors while keeping budgets and milestones on track.

Fluency in German and English, strong leadership and risk management skills are essential. The role requires travel and collaboration with landlords and local authorities to secure approvals and open new sites.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects, design managers and quantity surveyors to deliver multiple gym development projects on time and within budget.
• Assess feasibility of potential new sites prior to acquisition.
• Provide technical evaluation of each site and development requirements.
• Ensure budgets and capex investments are approved and tracked.
• Ensure delivery from acquisition to opening with required documentation and handover.
