Zusammenfassung

PureGym Group in Switzerland is seeking a Property Development Manager for a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead end-to-end development of new and existing gym sites across Switzerland, coordinating with the Swiss property team and external partners.

The role requires German and English fluency, strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and a delivery-focused approach in a fast-moving retail/fitness environment. Hybrid work with one day monthly in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Multisite property development delivery experience.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with third-party contractors.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects, design managers, quantity surveyors and other specialists to deliver gym development projects on time and budget.
• Assessing high-level feasibility of potential new sites prior to acquisition.
• Provide technical evaluation of each site and development requirements.
• Ensure budgets and capex investments are approved and tracked per Finance requirements.
• Oversee delivery from initial acquisition through to opening, delivering on time, cost and quality targets.
• Manage third parties and dependencies involved in development projects.
• Ensure adherence to design standards and include specialist input (MEP, acoustics).
• Promote continuous improvement within the Development function.
