Responsibilities

• Planning and designing low- and medium-voltage switchgear including network connection lines
• Developing technical concepts and tender documents in compliance with VDE/SIN standards
• Coordinating all project phases—from engineering through manufacturing to commissioning
• Controlling schedules, costs, and quality, including risk management and claim handling
• Managing external service providers and installation teams; ensuring occupational safety
• Acceptance and network connection: functional/protection testing, documentation, customer training
• Stakeholder and interface management—coordination with network operators, authorities, and customers

Qualifications

• Degree or technician qualification in electrical engineering or energy technology, or master electrician
• Several years of experience in low/medium-voltage switchgear manufacturing or power grid projects
• Knowledge of protection/control technology, CAD (E-Plan/AutoCAD), and project management software (MS Project)
• Driver's license category B and willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
