Two.jobs GmbH in Bern is seeking a Project Manager Real Estate Development (a) 80-100% to drive residential project development from initial idea to legally binding building permit, focusing on rental and owner-occupied units in the Bern region.

You will perform market, competition, and location analyses, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensure quality assurance, and present economic calculations to stakeholders, while building a strong network with authorities, investors, and planners.

Your Craft

You create market, competition, and location analyses and develop usage, marketing, and real estate strategies.

You independently develop real estate projects, primarily with rental and ownership apartments, from the first idea to the legally valid building permit.

You enjoy conducting quality assurance procedures, participation events, and supporting the creation of planning instruments (ZPP / UeO).

You prepare precise economic calculations and decision bases in scenarios and present them confidently and appropriately to the audience.

As a communicative hub, you maintain and expand your network in partnership with authorities, owners, investors, planners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Your Foundation

You bring several years of experience in the development of areas and larger real estate projects.

You have completed your architecture studies with further training in the development and/or real estate sector.

You know the planning and building law of the Canton of Bern and/or neighboring cantons from practice.

You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams, appreciate personal responsibility, communicate sensitively, and are committed to innovative and sustainable construction projects.

Thanks to your structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style, you maintain an overview even in demanding projects.
