Main tasks:

• Manage customer projects related to our Power Electronics Converters activity.
• Organize and oversee all project tasks, including team coordination and follow-up.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with customer contracts, maintaining quality, cost, schedule, and performance standards.
• Maintain constant communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in power electronics.
• Proven experience as a project manager in power electronics converters.
• Experience in railway or traction power is a plus.
• Native Italian speaker, fluent in English.
• Spanish and French language skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Leadership ability and team collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to customer schedules.
• Knowledge of contract management and legal terms.
• Understanding of power electronics technology in power conversion systems (rectifiers, inverters, DC-DC converters, AC-AC converters).
