We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i) and a full range of digital banking products and services.

We also handle our customers' back-office operations from two hubs, in Switzerland and Singapore. By 2020, Azqore will have CHF 200 billion in assets under management, represented by about thirty banks.

Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to manage the banking operations of demanding clients.

At the core of our strategy, we are looking for a Project Manager | Delivery Manager in charge of Payment projects.

The team

You will be part of the Payment team of 20 employees.

The team is composed of the Manager, 8 software engineers (Cobol & Java), 2 Tech leads, 2 Project Managers, and 7 Business Analysts (also responsible for testing).

You will liaise with technical teams based in Singapore and Portugal.

Your responsibilities

Analysis, development, and evaluation activities:

  • Handling or implementing streams related to the project: process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, specifications writing, reporting/minutes, data migration, system configuration, testing, defect management, deployment, training, change management, and user support.

Organization, management, and implementation activities:

  • Process modeling and implementation;
  • Testing and defect management;
  • Managing project risks and issues;
  • Managing technical teams;
  • Monitoring project progress and providing relevant feedback on risks and challenges, with consideration for decision-making or alerts.

Communication, contact, moderation, or sales activities:

  • Change management and training;
  • Facilitating committees/sessions within project governance;
  • Relations with top management of client banks to monitor satisfaction;
  • Reporting to Azqore top management;
  • Collaborating with strategic stakeholders of client banks and maintaining continuous communication on project progress to governing bodies (Steering Committees, executives).
