• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Run and lead client and other required meetings.
• Identify factors influencing construction costs and monitor/report data.
• Support engineering decisions during design-build changes.
• Advocate on the client side during disputes or change orders.
• Oversee transfer of building operations to the client including close-out docs

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Run and lead client and other required meetings.
• Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
• Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders.
• Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.

Qualifications

• Adegree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong MEPexpertiseand industrial construction,
• Proven experience in leading or co‑managing complex large‑scale projects and programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of modern leadership practices, paired with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as a balance of assertiveness and empathy.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools.
