You will drive technical solutions during sales, define scope with stakeholders, and coordinate internal teams and partners for smooth execution.

Ideal candidates have a master’s in engineering, 5+ years in project execution, and strong leadership with English fluency; German is a plus.

• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Conduct project reviews and capture key learnings, deriving actionable recommendations for future improvements.

Your background

• Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution within an engineering environment
• Experience with power systems and converter systems is a plus
• Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
