Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in leading or co-managing complex large-scale projects and programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Run and lead client and other required meetings.
• Identify factors influencing construction costs and monitor/report data.
• Support engineering decisions during design-build changes.
• Advocate on the client side during disputes or change orders.
• Oversee transfer of building operations to the client including close-out docs
