IMTF Group seeks an experienced Project Manager for the AFCS suite, leading end-to-end delivery of regulatory software projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product development, data science, and consulting to ensure timely, within-scope outcomes.

The role requires strong AML/AFC knowledge, agile experience (Scrum/Kanban), and excellent communication and leadership to guide stakeholders and drive customer success in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/business.
• Proven PM experience delivering complex software in financial services.
• Strong AML/AFC regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end management of the AFCS projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, data science, and consulting, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, and actively monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution and professional growth.
