Moonlight AI AG is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional software, data, and ML projects across Europe and Tunisia. You will coordinate data collection, model development, and deployment, ensuring alignment with the critical path and timely progress.

The role emphasizes lightweight processes, KPI tracking, and agile practices, with a focus on clear documentation and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years experience in project coordination, project management, or technical program support within a software or AI-driven environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (software, data, and machine learning).
• Familiarity with software development workflows and tools such as Git/GitHub, PR reviews, CI/CD and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with lightweight Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project resources such as timelines, sprint plans, and meeting notes.
• Track progress across workstreams against the critical path and escalate blockers.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical project meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and next steps.
• Communicate clear status updates to teams and leadership, including risks and decisions.
• Maintain the project knowledge base with requirements, risks, constraints, and decisions.
