Qualifikationen

To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Management Officer - Aerospace sector

Missions

• Manage the aerospace project portfolio in collaboration with R&D, quality, production teams, and clients.
• Implement and enhance project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) tailored to the aerospace sector’s requirements.
• Monitor timelines, costs, resources, and risks for all strategic projects within the Aerospace department.
• Prepare and lead steering committees, providing regular reports to management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between project managers, engineering teams, sales departments, and technical partners.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance of projects according to aerospace industry standards (DO-160, AS9100, ECSS, etc.).
• Optimize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SAP, etc.) and propose continuous improvements.
• Train and support project teams on best project management practices.
• Participate in strategic project planning and contribute to the development of business cases.
• Conduct technological and competitive market research in aerospace applications.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• +5 years of experience in mechanical, electronic or system level projects.
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO9001, EN9100.
• Certified in Project Management (PMP, IPMA, etc.)
• Excellent project management skills.
