Job summary

Brandsoul in Zurich is seeking a driven Project Management Intern to support the team across the full project lifecycle, from planning to on-site execution. This internship is designed as an entry route: we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, grow quickly and stay with the team in the long term.

You will support project coordination, research, presentations, budgets and timelines; take meeting notes and follow up on action points; support the preparation and execution of events,

Qualifications

• Entry-level role ideal for gaining hands-on project management experience.
• Ambition to grow into a Junior Project Manager.
• Ownership, reliability and ability to work independently.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN

with the potential to grow into a Junior Project Manager

The role

What you bring

• A first professional experience, a six month internship counts, ideally in events, hospitality, an agency or marketing
• The ambition to grow into a Junior Project Manager role
• Ownership, reliability and the ability to work independently
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in German and English
